Massage in all its forms is a great tool to help you.
Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing.
I would be honoured to help you experience those benefits!
Holistic and Swedish Massage are often terms used for massage that is relaxing, because it generally has a gentle touch.
Provided in a relaxing environment, it is perfect for allowing the body and mind to relax and get into sync.
This type of massage helps with relaxation and can aid sleep, like other massage it will remove muscle tension and decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improve the flow to the heart.
It can also improve the immune and nervous system function.
Deep tissue massage is often referred to for massage that has a firm and stronger touch.
This style is often associated with sports massage as it is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. It benefits those people who are active or those who sit for long periods of time in the same position.
Different techniques will enhance aspects of the bodies function, with the same relaxation you would receive with a holistic massage style.
Sports massage is not just for athletes!
Whilst it is beneficial for athletes, it can be for all types of people.
This style will look at the muscles, joints and whole body for imbalance that is causing a problem or help the recovery of common injuries.
The assessment for this massage will take longer, as it is looking at different aspects and will often relate to a specific goal, for example, preparing for an event or reducing pain in an elbow.
The techniques used will be similar to that of a deep tissue massage with enhanced elements to work on or support the areas identified in the assessment.
The stones can be used with any of the massages mentioned above, one of the main benefits is that it can speed the muscles relaxation, making it quicker to release tension and work with the body and mind to unwind for holistic or recover for deep and sports massage.

Please advise at the time of booking if you would like them used as they take about 45 minutes to prepare.
Ideal for those active individuals to keep you moving or those with a constant ache from sitting at a desk for work.
The trouble with injuries is they are easy to get but hard to lose!
Massage and other techniques can help the tissue repair. Book in for an hour session, to assess the damage and get support to repair the body.
This massage is a whole-body massage to keep your body active for doing the things you love. This is an hour treatment.
Building these into a training regime can be key. You plan the miles for a marathon why not the care too?
Where you have a specific area that needs work or have discomfort or maybe an old injury. This is a 30-minute treatment.
Great for those who sit in front of a computer all day!
A massage following the traditional Indian Head Massage techniques. A 30-minute treatment for the upper back, shoulders, neck and head.
Ideal for all ages and helps to rejuvenate the scalp and ease the pressures of the day.
All treatments will include at least a 15-minute consultation and post massage advice.
Please note that if there is a reason during consultation that becomes apparent, that I am unable to treat you at the time, then you will only have to pay for the consultation.
This will be taken off a rescheduled massage treatment.
Massage prior or after an event, to help the muscles and joints prepare or recover from the event.
When I am supporting an event, it is £20 per 20-minute treatment.

Please let me know as soon as possible, as I know life can sometimes get in the way. This might mean that your treatment is shortened or requires rescheduling.
Where it must be rescheduled or cancelled and it is less than an hours’ notice, a £15 charge will be requested. As I am sure you understand this time has been allocated to you and I incur charges which cannot be made up within that shorter time frame.
Should cancellation be within 24 hours there is no charge for rescheduling or cancellation. However, should you rebook for a treatment at a later date, then an initial booking fee of 50% will be requested. This will be taken off the total cost of the massage on completion of the treatment.
If you do not show or the cancellation is due to an accident or illness, then a decision on payment will be at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
